Primary Point of Contact

Your Sales Consultant is your primary point of contact and advocate throughout the project, working with our project management and field teams to help fulfill the design intent and agreed expectations. Your consultant will coordinate updates and guide any proposed changes to scope.

Communication Standards

Your Sales Consultant is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We uphold a strict 5-10 Rule: inquiries made before 5:00 pm receive a response that day, while inquiries after 5:00 pm are answered by 10:00 am the next morning. To help us serve you efficiently, we kindly ask that project feedback and requests be consolidated when possible.

Project Updates

We provide regular project updates, typically weekly, covering progress, schedule changes, weather delays, material timing, and decisions that need your input.

Scheduling & Construction Delays

Outdoor construction involves many moving parts, and while we plan carefully, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical or equipment issues
  • Material or supplier delays
  • Warranty or service work for previous clients

At times, a specialized crew may need to return to a previous project to complete warranty work. This is a normal part of our industry, and we will always communicate any schedule changes as early and clearly as possible.

Demolition & Site Conditions

While demolition is carefully planned, unforeseen conditions can occasionally be discovered once work begins. These may include buried materials, unexpected structures, or other conditions not visible during initial planning.

If additional demolition is required, it may result in added costs. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Changes to Scope

Once a design and scope of work are approved, any changes to materials, layout, or project scope will be handled through a written change order. Change orders will clearly outline:

  • The requested change
  • Any cost adjustments
  • Any impact to the project timeline

Work will not proceed on changes until the change order is approved.

Invoicing & Payment

Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement, and are due upon receipt. Failure to pay will stop the work and it will be rescheduled upon payment.
